pursued, caught, and prosecuted, may be subject to severe civil and criminal
penalties. In short, if you want to keep your money, avoid costly attorney
fees, and do not like the look of an orange jump suit, just follow the

to conflict of law principals, to resolve any interpretations or disputes
arising from this Agreement and any conflicts that arise from this Site.
In any provision of
this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and
shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
This Agreement is effective
until terminated by National, at any time without notice. In the event of
termination, you are no longer authorized to access accounts, chat rooms,
bulletin boards or other public areas of the Site, and the restrictions
imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, the disclaimers
and limitations of liability set forth in this Agreement shall survive.
