Civil and Criminal Penalties 

Any User violating the Visitor Agreement and Terms of Use or copyright laws will be identified, pursued, caught, and prosecuted, may be subject to severe civil and criminal penalties. In short, if you want to keep your money, avoid costly attorney fees, and do not like the look of an orange jump suit, just follow the Visitor Agreement and Terms of Use setforth below.

Hacking and Attempted Unauthorized Access

The equipment and the Site may not be used in any attempt to circumvent the user authentication or security of account or network. User Identification and Password

Your viewing of any materials on this web Site constitutes your approval of this Agreement and consent to jurisdiction in courts of competent jurisdiction in the state of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law principals, to resolve any interpretations or disputes arising from this Agreement and any conflicts that arise from this Site.

In any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Termination 
This Agreement is effective until terminated by National, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access accounts, chat rooms, bulletin boards or other public areas of the Site, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth in this Agreement shall survive.
